Passionate about offshoring, and working with clients to make their lives easier giving them more work life balance whilst adding value to their existing operation. I enjoy setting up teams and collaborating with skilled experienced professionals and take great satisfaction mentoring and developing young graduates through our ACA training programme, with a long term view to grow our clients team’s on the ground in the UK. My goal is to make a positive impact on my community in which I live, being both South Africa and the United Kingdom.
