I was stationed at Ft. Hood as a supervisor in charge of 8 soldiers in charge of their daily training in multiple tasks such as marksmanship, tactics, combat life-saving techniques and operational planning. I was also nationally certified as a sexual harassment and assault response and prevention coordinator.

I handled arriving patients from Afghanistan, Iraq, and other deployed regions. Duties included providing housing for visiting Soldiers, ensuring patients arrive at the appointment and also receive follow-on care with providers. Also responsible for the training of 5 other soldiers as well in infantry tactics that include marksmanship, land navigation, and training in battle tactics.

I handled training soldiers in the Army to become leaders at a primary leadership development course. Areas of training include Writing counselings and reports, Leadership including Tactical and Professional, Ethics, Train the Trainer courses, land navigation, reflective fire. During this time, I was trained in small group instruction courses and the total army instruction course. I was also trained by the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) in shooting techniques in which we applied in this course.
