I have a total of roughly 15 years experience in desktop support, PC diagnostics and repairs and network configuration and installation. Following that, I ventured into the home automation and AV space, where I spent 6 years designing, configuring and installing high-end residential & commercial lighting and AV integration projects.Since the beginning of February 2021, I have been in the role of Lead Technical Support for the Lutron office at Homemation, where I am responsible for not only training of new Lutron dealers, but also full testing, trouleshooting and diagnosis of hardware within the Lutron range of products, as well as the occasional on-site support during the roll out of Lutron hospitality (GRMS) projects.
