Welcome! I am a committed IT professional with over 10 years of real world experience in Information Technology. The challenge and reward that ever changing technology brings to my career is what I love the most about what I do. I’m passionate about learning and always look for new skills to add to my problem solving arsenal. Whether helping a customer or planning a new project, I always get excited about an upcoming challenge. I firmly believe that two heads are better than one and teamwork is key in the IT world. I will go above and beyond to insure that my team has the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in whatever we pursue. Communication is critical with team projects. I’ve seen how small miscommunications can completely derail a project and I strive to keep the train on the tracks. The majority of my experience involves working at managed service providers. Because of this, I have no problem keeping multiple projects on track. I am also incredibly detail oriented and organized in order keep track of day to day operations. I work with high profile clients on a daily basis and have no problem putting in extra effort to meet a deadline, no matter how many hours it requires to meet expectations.
