- Independently manage energy efficiency, renewable energy, and transportation efficiency policy, planning, and evaluation activities, including (but not limited to):  ·Evaluation, measurement and verification (“EM&V”) of Energy Efficiency Utility programs, such as performance benchmarking, administrative efficiency evaluation, and service quality oversight ·EM&V of Green Mountain Power’s Community Energy and Efficiency Development Fund ·Development of the Thermal Energy Clearinghouse ·Grant management, including Drive Electric Vermont & Clean Cities Coalition, electric vehicle outreach grants- Participate in Public Service Board regulatory proceedings, including: draft and edit written filings (recommendations, reports, plans, and procedural notices); and give presentations at public hearings- Manage stakeholder relationships with businesses, utilities, non-profits, state agencies, contractors and citizens- Represent the Department in collaborative partnerships, including the Drive Electric Vermont Stakeholder Group, and Clean Cities Coalition Board
