I am the manager of a busy outdoor retail store in Sydney that specialises in trail running shoes and outdoor clothing, where I have been employed for the last three years. I have expertise in retail sales, ordering and stocktake, brand awareness, customer service and training and development. As a professional in the outdoor retail industry, I am passionate about a wide range of outdoor activities, with a specific focus on trail running and hiking. My knowledge of, and passion for high quality products such as Icebreaker, Inov-8, Vibram, Mountain Hardwear, Camelbak, Keen, Ultraspire and Injinji is evident in the sales I generate and from my own personal collection. I practice what I preach: I run extensively, hike moderately and camp often which means I can bring my own personal love of all things outdoors to the workplace, and this in turn generates sales.
