As the Director of Business Development at Stevcon Packaging & Logistics Ltd, I lead a team of sales professionals who are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and managing key accounts. I also collaborate with the senior management and other departments to align our sales and marketing initiatives with the company's vision, mission, and goals. Previously, I worked as a Service Mechanic at Quality Allied Elevator, where I gained valuable technical and customer service skills, as well as a Warehouse Manager at Roof Tile Management Inc., where I oversaw the daily operations and inventory control of a large warehouse. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fanshawe College and a Sports Management diploma from Durham College. I have strong skills in customized packaging, sales and marketing, and business planning, as well as a keen interest in innovation and sustainability.
