I am an Engineering student at Ohio University studying Engineering Technology and Management, seeking an internship for the upcoming Summer. I am a Senior Resident Advisor of Ohio Universities Housing and Residence Life, in Ryors Hall. I am also Cru at OU's weekly meeting Co-Director. As well as studying, working, and leading a weekly meeting, I mentor other students at OU and co-lead a weekly discussion group where we study Apologetics and Theology and discuss it with one another. I instruct and support weekly speakers for our meetings, and ensure smooth communication through multiple different teams and team leaders that I directly supervise. I was also chosen to be a part of a group of students who help to facilitate and direct the movement of Cru at OU, which services over 200 students every week through various meetings and groups. I have experience in using Excel and access through my classes at OU, as well as AutoCAD, Inventor, TinkerCAD, Word, Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs through my classes in high school and positions I have had. I also have experience with common wood and metal manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, and design tools through classes and experiences at OU. I have experience in using the Engineering Design Process, Concept Generation, Decision Matrices, Prototype construction and testing, solution testing, implementation, and evaluation through working on a competitive engineering team that competed throughout ohio, through Vex Robotics Competition. I have experience with team leadership, project management, interpersonal conflict resolution, and communication of information/teaching through leading a summer camp, working as a Senior Resident Advisor, a Team Lead at Kroger, and a shepherd team lead on a summer mission. I also have experience interacting with people from other cultures through a vision trip to Slovakia, neurologically atypical people through PATH programs I volunteered for, and with Deaf/HH people through my ASL Social night, Deaf Night Out, and Signs of Christmas experiences.
