I am currently the Corporate Recruiter for Joyce Factory Direct and Joyce Manufacturing in Berea, OH. I handle Talent Sourcing, Screening and Onboarding of more than 30 positions across 4 markets. Always hiring, from entry level to skilled trades, to administration, full and part time. I was previously a staffing manager, responsible for recruiting skilled applicants and lining them up with positions that keep them engaged, while rewarding the skills they have developed. Additionally I train individuals who have talent, in the necessary skill set to succeed in the positions we need filled. With Balloon Agents' corporate team I have increased the average tenure of new hires from 8 months to 18 months with the introduction of my own recruiting techniques. I have also reduced training time by 50% for the unestablished candidates, by inventing a new instruction system.
