In May of 2024 I began working with Willis Engineers as a RPR for Cleveland County's water intake upgrade projects. I will be representing Willis Engineers for the Raw Water Wier Project on the First Broad River as well as the Flocculation and Sedimentation Improvement project.

Oversees Special Inspections program for utility construction projects, specializing in Water and Wastewater. Ensures that construction adheres to latest approved drawings, specifications, and industry codes and standards set forth. Monitors the installation of piping systems and the construction of water and wastewater treatment and storage structures, such as bar screens, clarifiers, pump stations, odor control facilities, equalization tanks, preliminary treatment facilities, wet wells, and flow control vaults. Reviews shop drawings for compliance with project's approved specifications. Attends pre construction and regular project progress meetings and with contractors and clients. Provide Daily Reports and Special Inspection Reports as needed. Monitors the placement of all structural concrete and ensures compliance with project specifications, ACI 318, and all respective ASTM, IBC, and TMS regulations. Inventories stored materials and reviews pay applications from contractors. Attended startup testing with manufacturers such as Ebara, Evoqua, Eaton, Flyght, Pulsco, Huber, Trillium, Tencarva, and others.

Estimator of building materials for residential home exteriors including siding, trims, roofing, soffit and fascia, decking, and all other exterior materials using Autodesk and Planswift software for the purpose of placing bids and securing contracts with builders.

Monitored and inspected ongoing commercial and residential construction projects for compliance with project specifications and ASTM standards. Sampled and tested construction materials including soil, concrete, and asphalt. ACI, ICC Soil, and nuclear density gauge certified.

Duties included loading and unloading of customer purchases and freight, stocking merchandise, assisting customers find specific products, plant identification, pest and disease identification, fertilizer applications, soils, and basic gardening troubleshooting.

Tutored college level mathematics, advised students with course selection and transferring to colleges and universities.
