Worked in delivering a series of projects across the London canal network involving regeneration, customer service and branding and communications of British Waterways to its customers.

In my first role at British Waterways I worked as part of the National and London communications team delivering PR strategies in promoting the many benefits of the canal network as well as helping to promote key events across the network.
