During my time at Skyservice I worked at improving my leadership skills as a Crew Chief. I lead a team of other AME's (M, E and S). I continued to improve my understanding and refine my research abilities. I also improved my skills at reading manufacture technical drawings to gather the information required for the work being performed. I also assisted the project coordinators, project manager and purchasers to maintain time lines and keep production moving in the proper direction. I also worked at mentoring the apprentices and junior AMEs to improve their skills with technical data interpretation and hand skills.

I started at WestJet as an apprentice and became licensed during my second year with the company. While at WestJet I obtained my DHC 8-400 and B737NG endorsements and a differences course on the B737-800BCF. I was a line maintenance engineer with an ACA on the aircraft I was endorsed on. while at WestJet I improved my troubleshooting skills and further learned how to interpret technical data.

At Jazz Technical Services I was an AME Apprentice. While I was there I learned the industry basics and started building my skills. I also worked on improving my ability to understand technical data. I worked on CRJ100/200/900, DHC 8-100/200/300/400.
