Chief Warden across all sites, responsible for fire safety training sessions, equipping teams with emergency response knowledge and fostering a safe environment. Close liaison with NSW Fire Brigade and member of the NSW Police Community Safety Group, focussing on safety and security.Conducting thorough reviews of tenancy fit-out proposals, identifying potential issues early in the process. Working closely with tenants and residents to ensure compliance with BCA, building guidelines, and Strata By-Laws. Working closely with Strata Management on compliance, financial forecasts and budgets, and participating in regular after-hours strata meetings.
