Needless to say I’ve witnessed a full spectrum of leadership styles and organizational cultures. What I’ve come to appreciate is that there's a pressing need for a forward-thinking approach to public safety reform—one that acknowledges the complex social dynamics at play and the nuances of effective leadership. Reform starts with leaders. Full stop. I believe in the power of developing proactive and informed leaders to drive that reform, and I'd like to show you how.
