Current• Responsible for installation, programming, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of IP-based access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems for high security applications.• Oversee all service activities at designated service locations• Provide professional customer service to clients and coordinate to resolve product technical issues• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and verification testing of equipment• Document and coordinate with fellow coworkers regarding product issues and improvements to be made• Lead and train coworkers and junior technicians
