As leader of the Client Operations teams, I oversee the teams with responsibility for customer fulfilment, billing, and post go-live support. With 65 people located in 7 countries, the teams respond to all inbound queries from Accuity's global customer base, focusing on ensuring the best possible customer outcomes. Additionally, with responsibility for Sales systems and processes, Client Operations ensure global consistency of sales operations, driving the best customer experience through the buying journey. Accuity is a global organisation employing more than 750 people in more than 20 countries.

A unit of Reed Business Information, Accuity provides solutions to aid banks and corporates, in processing efficient payments and reducing exposure to counterparty risk. As leader of the local Finance team reporting into RBI's Finance management, I manage a team of 20 cross-functional Finance & Accounting professionals, with responsibility for budgeting and forecasting; monthly, statutory and tax reporting; AP, and Collections, and all aspects of commercial and strategic business Finance support. Based across three locations in the UK & US, the teams support a growing business unit employing 500+ people.
