i. Legal Governance of BasicNeeds Ghana – ensure all legal statutory requirements of BasicNeeds Ghana as a registered company are met and up to dateii. Finance – assist the Country Programme Manager in the management of the programmes finances and budgets, especially in overseeing activities of the finance support officer in the Accra Programmeiii. Human Resources – in coordination with Country Programme Manager help in the management of staff in accordance with the Human Resource Policies and Procedure Manual, as soon as it is signed off by the BasicNeeds Trustees. You will support in induction of newly recruited staff, particularly General Support Officer in the programme.iv. General Administration - support Programme Administration staff in assigning and assessing performance of support staff (Driver/Clerks, Security Guards, Cleaner/Domestic Help), including monitoring leave days, sick leave, and staff development training needs.v. IT support Services - in coordination with Country Programme Manager and BasicNeeds International IT Manager ensure appropriate IT infrastructure (computers, software and network connections) is in place and working appreciably well in the Ghana programmes. This includes ensuring regular back-up of data and maintenance of equipments.vi. Partner Management - training of partners staff in financial management and reporting, auditing BasicNeeds grants to implementing partners and other collaboratorsvii.
