I tend to resolve various complaints / issues for customers which can range from not receiving orders when expected, explaining why we require additional information, finding out legal documents we can supply, resolving any quality issues for delivered products etc. Constantly reviewing our processes and documentation used to suggest potential improvements during our various meetings. My job scope encompasses many elements, primarily assisting our technical and site services team as the primary administrator, responding to requests and trying to organise visits along with trying to ensure communications between teams is managed. This typically involved our CRM system where I will populate our cases with the needed information for our technical and site services team to respond. Alongside the process of populating the cases I am also part of a core team who are developing and adapting both our process maps and our internal CRM package to better utilise our our information and its presentation for ease of use, data quality and clarity within a RACI like structure laid out within the process map.I additionally support with certification creation, generating IT tools for our external team to use and general signatory requests on a per request basis from internal sources. For our product team I additionally assist with autocad drawings designed for commissioning equipment to support our cutting profiles and assist with assisting with mullion drawings for production to manufacture along with generating drawings to assist external clients resolve issues with their designs or internally to assist our external sales to put forward their purposed idea in a better graphical format.

Due to various roles I have had numerous responsibilities from critical data management of a sensitive nature, liaising with contracting firms and manning along with movements of equipment for restoration. I have had roles within our quality and standards assurance team within projects where by I had to modify coding of websites and manage the accounts of various users.I spent some time among the contractors and TATA craft in assisting with repair activities whilst also ensuring my other duties such as personnel management and spare organisation were kept to a high standard. Whilst doing this I ensured a high level of communication and organisation with the other works areas to ensure compliance to the plan during a shutdown with a tight time schedule .

Whilst I was in school I had seen the shop a few times in town and decided to help out since I didnt have the means to really donate much but I had quite a bit of time so I helped out around the shop with stock taking, organizing the shop and general till work and shop floor things as youd expect.The staff there were lovely and I enjoyed every minute of it, its just a shame I had to stop due to the extra demand of the job and schooling ontop thats taking up my time.I still try and do anything I can for a good cause though and will gladly help out where I can.
