The "Artfully Persuasive" repositioning included new identity/branding, new website, social strategy, internal and external PR/messaging, partner communications, etc. Devoted a significant portion of time to building and strengthening the agency's content and thought leadership programs, including a thought leadership blog called Fluency and an internal trend practice called Hive Five.Following MMC repositioning, successfully completed relaunch of RXMOSAIC, Omnicom's boutique healthcare PR agency, as the Healthcare Communications Lab.
