Beginning as a manager at the largest Gap store in New England, I hired and trained over 50 holiday employees annually to bring order to the most chaotic shopping time of the year and exceed our sales goals. Retail sales helped me recognize my love for creating valuable solutions that address my customers’ unique needs. Early on in my 25 years in Healthcare Information Systems, I established a quick rapport with each of my customers for whom I introduced to my product. One recently reminded me of the impact I had on them, simplifying complex problems, and implementing routines that improved their business and their lives. Over the past fifteen years I have demonstrated adroit leadership of commercial teams to create unique and profitable business solutions that lead the market. My innovations of the WinOMS practice management software have established it as the first choice of oral surgeons for their practice. The successful launch of Sensei Oral Surgery in 2023 confirms my intuitive aptitude to launch the right product in the right place at the right time. I have a combination of a workflow efficiency background and mindset with an English degree, coupled with experience in product development and marketing. That unique mix of skills as well as my ability to quickly relate interpersonally with anyone helps me adapt quickly to any new environment. Most importantly I bring creativity and enthusiasm to every challenge and I get excited to develop strong teams that bring out the best in each other.
