I work in the office of a small distribution company that sells radiant floor heating and outdoor snow melting systems. My duties here include receiving customer inquiries by phone or email and addressing any questions regarding products we sell and services we offer. I also handle a lot of our order management, ensuring our orders are processed correctly with no errors before shipping. This includes orders from third party sites we sell on like Amazon, Houzz and Ebay. I also take care of products returns and customer account management.

I was the head property manager of a storage facility housing over 400 individual units. My duties included lease administration, accounts receivables and payable, property maintenance, and other related functions. I also managed and supervised the assigned support staff and third-party vendors when they are on the property.

This is a quick service restaurant where I perform a wide variety of jobs. These include, operating a cash register, taking food/drink orders, completing said orders, running food expo, prepping food, and instituting detailed customer service.

A varied position in which I essentially acted as the face to the entire Irvine Spectrum Center; taking guest inquiries, offering detailed directions around the center and the city as well, and even operating the two attractions located on site at the center. In addition we sold AMEX gift cards to the center, some transactions rising into the thousands of dollars with multiple transactions a day. This was a very guest orientated job that gave me the opportunity to interact with hundreds of different people every day.
