Management of the federal server environment including but not limited to implementing central authentication, scaling, architecture, and consolidation of physical servers into virtual machines. Ensure application environment is in line with with current requirements and usage for each client. Monitoring, tracking and optimizing application and environment performance for each client. Troubleshooting and correcting environmental errors where appropriate.

Design and implement deployment procedures including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, hardware/software procurement, installation and configuration, development and testing. Provide technical support to client system administrators and end users. On site installation and configuration of CW5020 on Microsoft Windows NT Server and 2000 Server platforms. Includes but not limited to OS setup, troubleshooting OS and 3rd party software, and testing.

Manage all training sessions offered by Patriot Computer Group. Supervise five trainers and teach classes of up to 15 students in all Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, and internet applications. Provide technical support to over 1300 dial up end users for all internet services offered by PatriotNet.

Develop, coordinate, and execute, operational procedures for a quarter million dollar cooperative agreement between the university and the Defense Logistics Agency. Implement and maintain a 30-node computer network.
