Coordinated and had direct oversight of a $2M exercise in Cameroon with 8 African countries to build relationships and improve staff operations for the first time in over 10 years. Developed and managed crisis action plans and risk mitigation programs to ensure safe and effective operations during multiple no notice emergency readiness exercises.
