This includes coordinating staff to ensure they are following procedures correctly so that customer orders are dispatched as efficiently as possible without error. Throughout my time here I have been given valuable experience in developing procedures which have resulted in successful issue trouble shooting practices, as well as a consistently high level of customer satisfaction resulting in business growth.

In this position, my main responsibility was to assist customer enquiries by providing first contact resolutions in a high volume telecommunications environment. These resolutions were provided ia call, online chat or through online ticketing systems. I was also responsible liaising communication with internal and external stakeholders in order to successfully deliver localised versions of feature films across the Asia Pacific, during which, I needed to maintain an accurate level of data entry across multiple programs from the start of the project through to completion.During my time at Deluxe, I had built strong relationships with film distributors across designated accounts and implemented new processes to track the distribution of advertising materials.

WIN National Sales Pty Ltd is the national sales representative for WIN Television. It is Australia’s largest regional television sales organisation with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.My responsibilities at WIN NBN included booking television airtime for clientele advertisements as well as confirming bookings within a 24-hour turnaround. I was also responsible for finding cost effective solutions for advertising campaigns. Communicating with clients and colleagues to achieve revenue was also a major priority.

It is a division of CBS Studios International, which is owned by CBS Corporation, one of the world's leading media organisations.My responsibilities included uploading scripted news segments onto the Ten News website and shot-listing archived footage for vision requests. I was also in charge of DVD duplication, archiving and ingesting news footage from tape into asset management systems. During my time at Network 10, I achieved the ability to maintain news content well ahead of schedule, and had also designed and implemented workflow plan that increased efficiency in system training.

I also maintained petty cash for production crew and calculating staff expenses as well as collaborated with production accountant and production manager to maintain production budgets.
