Matthew is a born and raised Texas native who has been in high volume quota carrying sales for just over 7 years. He graduated with a degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University where he played football and learned many important skills and strategies he uses today in his business. Passion, enthusiasm, high energy, and communication are the most important qualities/traits he values at his core. Between summer of 2019 and 2020, Matthew worked with a homebuilder in the urban area of San Antonio selling over $9 million dollars in real estate while exceeding all client expectations. Matthew prides himself on relentless hard work and dedication to every client he works with. He believes in creating lifelong relationships with each and every client beyond the transaction. In 2021 Matthew started working for Redfin Corporation as a Senior Lead Sales Agent. Between July 2021 and June 2022, Matthew sold 35 homes for just over $16 million dollars in total sales volume along with consistently exceeding his quarterly quota. He was selected to be a part of the "Agents who bring the fire committee" for his sales volume, dedication, and ability to create relationships with clients. The passion for helping people eventually led him to search for opportunities in the world of cyber security. Matthew landed a role with Corelight an open source NDR platform based out of San Francisco. As an inside sales rep Matthew has generated over 5.5 million in ARR, set an average of 19.2 meetings per quarter, and well exceeded quota each quarter since beginning his career at Corelight. He has a true passion for providing threat hunters with the best NDR tool out there to protect critical data from the adversaries. For the past 5 years, Matthew has been in high volume quota carrying roles that he has consistently exceeded. In his personal life, Matthew loves to spend time with his wife and his two dogs Oliver and Levi. He loves to golf, keep up with the San Antonio Spurs, and travel the world.
