I joined Meta as the design lead for the Facebook Incubator. I oversaw design for all Incubator products, developed 0-1 strategies, promoted best practices, and mentored colleagues across disciplines. I collaborated vertically with pillars to identify and validate new incubation opportunities, and horizontally on the design leadership council to staff and ship the highest priority projects. I led two major initiatives, managed multiple sprints, and joined a hackathon. My efforts doubled design system adoption and improved product quality.

I was accountable for every aspect of growing a business, creating and leading effective teams, and cultivating meaningful ethos. My responsibilities included setting product vision, executing product strategy, and keeping every member of the product team happy and unstuck. I was a key contributor to company culture as the author of Onehub’s company values, the creator of their review policy, and designer of their product management methodologies.

I was the original employee and founding designer at Onehub. I was responsible for every aspect of designing, building, and maintaining multiple, large-scale products. I established the design language for the company. I also developed a custom design system/framework and continually evolved it via a living styleguide.

Served as sole designer. Established web presence and initiated the transition to SaaS, leading to a successful exit. Directed design and technology decisions for all Likewise Software (formerly Centeris) digital assets and influenced branding and UI for its products.
