I help Acre's clients research and design narratives using a wide variety of visual media production and landscape design techniques. I build Acre's creative partnerships and provide the creative direction and production management behind our brand of storytelling.

Designed in the role of landscape architect. Assisted with the design and production of landscape plans and supporting design documentation for a variety of community master planning, high end residential and ranch planning and landscape architecture projects. Contributed to site documentation & analysis, schematic design, permitting, landuse recordation, design development and construction documentation project phases. Essential responsibilities required hand drawing, CAD drafting, 3D modelling, production of professional graphic renderings and 3D animations. I also served the Carbondale office in an IT coordination capacity. My role was to triage all staff reported IT issues and questions, solving what I could quickly or coordinating issue resolution with DHM's IT support team. This position also required tracking and management of several major Carbondale office IT projects and DHM interoffice IT initiatives. Lastly, I served as a member of DHM's Graphics Steering Committee tasked with exploring a variety of graphic style techniques and recommending potential visual technology investments to DHM's board of directors.

I owned and operated a digital photography and visual media productions business specializing in Landscape, Wildlife and Active Lifestyle Photography.

Co-editor and chief for ROOT v5 Redlines to be published in 2013. ROOT is an annual publication by graduate landscape architecture students at the University of Colorado Denver (www.root-land.org).Student Public Relations and Marketing representative for ASLA at the University of Colorado Denver.

Assisted the Recreation Planner. Contributed to a major rewrite of the management plan for the Rio Grande Trail corridor between Aspen and Basalt, CO. Created an ArcGIS geo-database for all physical built features along the Rio Grande Trail corridor. Contributed to the redesign of Elk Park in Redstone, CO. Produced graphics and designed a website for a major community outreach initiative.

Worked as a landscape designer to support a grant funded learning landscape project known as "Active Schoolyards / Active Minds". Performed as lead designer on four schoolyard improvements within two Adams County school districts. Duties included facilitating focus group meetings and community workshops, designing master plan concepts for each school, estimating costs, prioritizing phase one focus areas, and creating fully detailed CAD packages and rendered plans for each school.

Assisted the Recreation Manager on new paved and soft-surface trail alignment planning, design, and mapping (AutoCAD, ArcGIS); contributed to the planting plan design for a major open space asset; wrote, administered, and analyzed a county-wide recreation visitor use survey; cross-referenced GIS data against county records to create comprehensive documentation for orphaned Pitkin County trail and fishing easements.
