Led the coordination, analysis, briefing, and reporting of the overall readiness status of the organization on a monthly basis to identify shortcomings, and ensure adequate personnel and resource augmentation. Served as the Quartering Party Director, responsible for leading a team of 25 employees, training them with battle drills to ensure safe passage to the tentative assembly area, and was responsible for the initial establishment and security of the TAA. Served as TAA Chief Security Officer responsible for establishing the TAA defense posture, quick reaction force, and planning and conducting collective battle drills. During the unit’s relocation to Joint Base Lewis McCord, I managed the transportation operations of several pieces of Organization equipment, coordinated transportation of equipment with upper echelon assets, and was responsible for collection and review of all Department of Transportation bill of lading documents to ensure the correct passage of essential equipment. As the Chemical Defense Program Manager, I provided technical advice on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) readiness and all CBRN operations and hazards to the Chief Executive Officer and was overall responsible for establishing the standard operating procedures for CBRN related activities in both a Garrison and Wartime environment.
