Matthew is a Member of the Association for Coaching, an MTQ48 Facilitator and Coach, a Certified Everything DiSC, DISC Flow and Genos Emotional Intelligence assessor and was (between 2013-2016) the chief representative for Career Star Group in Asia, responsible for career transition (outplacement) and coaching of mid-level to senior executives in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.Passionate about working with people to realise and reach goals, Matthew is a specialist in developing resilience and behavioural change, working with his clients to help them find their 'Flow'. By developing our resilience and ‘bounce backability’, adopting more positive behaviours and a healthier growth mindset, Matthew believes we are better positioned to overcome and manage the challenges life and work throw at us.On the back of a 20 year career spent in sales and people management Matthew also devises and runs sales training programmes and leadership focused learning journeys targeted at developing the critical (soft) skills needed to create and grow world class leaders.As an Executive Coach, Matthew has accumulated over 2,000 one on one and team coaching hours.
