Projects relate to infrastructure improvements, housing assistance, small business support, and direct public services. - Contract drafting and management with grant sub-recipients.- Completing environment reviews and assessments to ensure projects are in compliance with federal requirements.- Presenting regularly regarding the City’s CDBG program to East Lansing City Council as well as various Boards and Commissions.- Organizing and managing East Lansing's Community Development Advisory Committee, which reviews CDBG applications and makes annual budget recommendations.
