• This position includes the same responsibilities as a Surgical Neurophysiologist as well as:
• Ensures Neuro-Alert case coverage runs smoothly at 9 facilities in designated region
• Acts as a liaison between each facility and the Neuro-Alert home office, bringing issues that arise to the management team and helps to find resolutions to those issues
• Maintains facility cards and surgeon preference cards for each designated facility and updates those as needed
• Reaches out to Clinicians that are new to a facility and makes sure they are comfortable with where they need to go
• Aids management in finding clinicians to travel when the need arises in other regions of the company

• Completes quality assurance reviews quarterly as they are assigned
• Ensures that documentation has been properly completed for all IONM alerts
• Ensures communication with surgeon, anesthesia, and surgical staff is properly documented
• Provides feedback on how to optimize IONM setups with regards to proper modalities for each case type

• Provides CEN students with on-site training of how to provide IONM in the operating room
• Instructs students on proper operating room etiquette and how to effectively communicate with Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, Operating room staff
• Instructs students on how to properly set up Cadwell system, as well as how to properly navigate cascade software
• Completes CEN student evaluations on student’s performance after each day of training
• Reinforces IONM concepts taught to students in didactic modules of CEN program
• Provides CEN Manager and Assistant Manager with feedback on each student

• Provides the services of Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (SSEP, MEP, EMG, Trig EMG, EEG) in Neurological, Vascular, and Orthopedic surgeries.
• Interviews patients prior to surgery
• Functions as an integral member of the surgical team
• Communicates effectively with the surgeon, anesthesiologist and the rest of the OR team
• Troubleshoots technical issues of neuromonitoring equipment during the duration of surgery when necessary
