2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Business Development Manager of the Year Award Winner. Constantly exceeded our yearly target every year I have been with Smile Source. During the Pandemic year I exceeded our target by 125% and the year before I set the company record by exceeding it with a 160%. This included not only the most sales ever, but also the highest close ratio in company history. With a target of 30%, I finished the year at 76%. In 2020, I was promoted to Senior Business Development Manager and then promoted again to Senior Manager of Business Development in 2021 and promoted again in 2023 to Regional Manager of Business Development. I now help oversee and train all new Business Development Managers across the country as well as maintain my own territory. I am a firm believer that a leader should lead from the front. Before my civilian career began, I proudly served in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, I earned the title of Honor Graduate and then followed that up with the title of Distinguished Graduate, which less than 1% of the Air Force receives. I proudly served my country while stationed in Hill Air Force Base in Utah, Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Balad Air Base in Iraq, and Kunsan Air Base in South Korea.*Fun fact about my wife and I* In 2011, I became known when I posted a video of my proposal to my wife on YouTube. I happened to be working at the elementary school that I went to as a child when I posted it and within hours, I was getting calls from CNN, Fox News, Good Morning America, The Today Show, and Ellen DeGeneres.
