I also advised clients on key issues such a venture financing, strategic alliances, branding, and market growth. I served as General Counsel and EVP of Business Development for Chrome Systems Corporation until its acquisition by DealerTrack, Inc., which became a public company in December 2005. In this role, I lead a team responsible for licensing data and software products on the enterprise level to companies such as General Motors and AutoTrader, as well as identifying and protecting intellectual property assets. In addition to my legal responsibilities, I served as a strategy advisor on a variety of operational issues including: acquisitions, strategy, human resources, litigation, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Chrome, I served as General Counsel and Director of Strategy for Velagio, Inc., a mobile data and software integration company.
