I have always heard that people in corporations don’t like change. Not me! Driving big changes in a business is what I have loved most about my 20+ year career. A natural contrarian, I ask questions, challenge how things get done, and even why they get done. I have had the good fortune of working on multiple mergers, standing up large program management offices, and led several supply chain turnarounds. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that it’s always important to be clear on your objectives, take time to plan, and be data-driven in decision-making.
