A native of Jena and first-generation college graduate, Matt has a J.D. from George Washington University and a B.A. from Northwestern State University. He has been active in numerous nonprofit and veteran organizations, including Team Red White & Blue and The Mission Continues. He's currently a volunteer leader with Team Rubicon.
