With over 15 years of experience, I have led retouching projects for prestigious clients such as A.P.C., Lanvin, Hugo Boss, Saint Laurent, Ulla Johnson, Calvin Klein, Tiffany & Co., Gap, Target, and Beyoncé.Hailing from the 'Land of Enchantment', I moved from Albuquerque to New York in 1999 to attend NYU and pursue a career in art and photography. My career began as the lead retoucher for the iconic fashion photographer Michael Thompson, where I managed all commercial and editorial projects.Previously, I served as the Retouching Director at TwoThreeTwo Artists & Advertising. In this role, I collaborated with a talented team to naturally enhance the works of fine artists like Ryan McGinley, Collier Schorr, Roe Ethridge, and Yelena Yemchuk.Currently, I am the Post-Production Manager and Retouching Lead at Makeup By Mario. Here, I collaborate across all teams to ensure the production and seamless delivery of hundreds of beauty and still-life assets monthly for use in both print and digital formats. I manage vendors to maintain the highest quality and consistency for our brand, and I personally touch every image before final release to ensure brand consistency and uphold the high standards for beautiful assets that are a hallmark of our prestigious brand.Throughout my career, I have ensured that the creative visions of artists align seamlessly with the commercial objectives of art directors and clients.I am passionate about collaborating with new artists, agencies, and clients to create beautifully polished work.
