A rare developer with the drive and motivation to be able to solve any problem I put my mind to. I have an exceptional attention to detail and can create, understand, modify, and refactor complex architecture and systems with rigor and carefulness. My expertise covers extensive front-end to back-end engineering, and I'm currently focusing on the MERN stack using Next.js, though I have worked with many frameworks over the years including a few that I've built myself.I have been the sole engineer in several of my jobs. I excel at being self contained, though I thrive in collaboration, working cohesively with teams of all sizes and in diverse environments. Among my greatest achievements was a 6 year full time position with an A-list Silicon Valley startup named Trulia that went public and was eventually bought by Zillow. I was an early employee with the company and important contributor to their phenomenal rise to success.I've traveled extensively and I love fitness and extreme sports. From 2016 through 2018 I combined these passions into a goal of getting onto the TV show American Ninja Warrior. I succeeded on this goal in 2018 and got accepted to compete in Indianapolis that year as "Nomadic Ninja" by showcasing my combined travel and fitness lifestyle in my audition video.
