As a Team Leader, I was directly responsible for a team of 10 but also helped to oversee the entire department. I coached agents to meet the sales and statistical expectations and provided reviews on a monthly and annual basis. In this role, I also found new and creative ways to improve efficiency with reporting and created a new process that reduced the time needed to complete the reports by over 4 hours. An important part of this improvement was creating and maintaining a database of all agents in the department, that stored information for the reports.

As a specialist, I assisted over 30 members per day with their accounts and DCUs loan products. I consistently met the expectations for sales and call center statistical expectations. Additionally, I provided excellent customer service resulting in loan generation of over $200,000 monthly.

In this role, I was responsible for two departments and oversaw sales of more than $6,000 per day. Using forecasting reports, I placed food and supply orders twice a week and scheduled coverage in both areas. In addition, I provided coaching to team members so that proper procedures were followed at all times. As I oversaw both departments, I had to work closely with Target and Starbucks management to ensure brand stability and sales and performance expectations.

As a Perishables Assistant, I was responsible for ensuring the high quality of all foods within the market area. Additionally, I managed inventory, placed food orders, and collaborated with vendors to ensure product availability. I also reviewed daily reports to provide accurate pricing, displays, and remove recalled food when appropriate.
