As project consultant, scoped the project and undertook initial stakeholder consultation, in order to inform the procurement approach. Following the appointment of a lead supplier I was appointed to lead the project from scoping through to completion, alongside the RFL's head of digital communications. Managing the project using hybrid agile/waterfall methods.The website was launched of October 2023 to specification, on time and within budget, and has been operating without significant downtime since. The new improved content management system is capable of delivering the ambitious programme of content and functional enhancementments planned by the business-as-usual team.
