• Management of high-level quality assurance team consisting of 3 engineers and 10 inspectors• Manufacturing contract review and risk assessment• Develop, implement, and verify continuous improvement measures • Monitor all day to day operations to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards for defense, medical and commercial industries• Six sigma analysis for manufacturing processes (Process capability, Gage R&R, FMEA)• Effective communication with customers to provide manufacturing feedback/consulting for DFM, cost reduction, and tolerancing improvements• Maintain and issue RCCA’s, NCMR’s, and perform weekly MRB• Supply chain management of subcontractors and vendors• Maintain and develop new processes and procedures for AS9102/ISO9001 Quality Management System• Engineering duties including product design, process review, and print approvals• Generate and implement inspection plans for various manufacturing processes

• Perform inspections daily as required including: First articles, In-Process and Final• Intimately familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, profilometers, measuring microscopes, hardness testers, custom gauges, etc. • Evaluate quality concerns and develop solutions for various complex manufacturing processes• Well versed in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT)• Read and evaluate engineering drawings/specifications• CMM operation and programming with PC-DMIS• New product design and drawing generation in Solidworks • Tolerance analysis and gauge design• Familiar with 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Mills, Lathes, Automation Robots, Media Blasters, Wire & Sinker EDM, and more

• Project Management/Leadership role in a fast paced and dynamic manufacturing environment• Advanced fixture and tooling design of bend dies, form tooling, and inspection tools• Hands on experience with manual and CNC rotary draw tube benders• Significant experience interfacing with operators and technicians to solve complex problems• NADCAP welding inspection methods such as penetrant inspection, hydro testing, hydrogen snifferleak detection and high-pressure leak detection• Experience generating and reading engineering drawings• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and outside vendors

· Steering rack and pinion geometric calculations for Ackerman and bump-steer· Floating brake rotor design, thermal stress and load analysis· Experience working in multidisciplinary teams · Practical experience designing efficiently based on cost effectiveness, manufacturability, weight, etc.· Engineering experience designing compatible components for large projects/generating drawings· Knowledge of metal fabrication/manufacturing processes such as milling, drilling, turning, and welding
