CurrentPrivate Real Estate Investment Company with current portfolio of 4,100 units over 21 multifamily properties in 9 states with $240 million of investor equity placed • Responsible for all operations and management activities including site visits, rental rate analysis, property management review, capital improvements, tax appeals, quarterly lender reporting, insurance claims, contract negotiations, refinance and sale events, and securing cash flow distributions for investors.• Build and maintain professional relationships with our 3rd party property management company, vendors, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.• Create detailed financial analysis spreadsheets that track trends across entire portfolio and identify opportunities for growth, review and approve monthly property financial reports, create yearly operating budgets for each property, compose proformas for rehab/lease-up properties, track current yields for each investment and identify opportunities to increase investor distributions through investment cash flow analysis.
