Oversee all tenant improvement construction in 16 MOBs, totaling more than 1M sf throughout the Front Range. Projects include exam and clinical spaces, MRI and imaging suites, Ambulatory Surgical Centers, wound care facilities, and hospital space.The core functions of this position are to ensure that all construction meets the quality standards of the landlord, that projects remain within the Tenant Improvement Allowance, and that construction is completed as quickly as possible in accordance with the lease terms.Clients include HCP, Inc; HealthONE; Centura; Swedish Medicall Center; The Medical Center of Aurora; Sky Ridge Medical Center.

Aardex is a fully integrated developer with in-house financing, leasing, design, construction and property mangement. The design philosophy is to increase the success and productivity of building occupants through the use of User Effective and environmentally sustainable design strategies. Aardex has a track record of delivering product 10%-20% less than market construction costs.In my time there I was responsible for managing every aspect of the development from land acquisition and market anlaysis to design, entitlements, construction, leasing and facilties management. Keeping the project's proforma on budget and it's delivery on time were my primary goals.Of the most recent projects I managed two achieved LEED Platinum certification; one, LEED Gold and a LEED-CI Silver tenant finish. The projects that have LEED certification were brought in at construction costs on average 20% less than standard construction costs. By integrating the project delivery process and centering the design philosophy around increased occupant success and productivity, these projects were able to achieve high LEED scores without "chasing" or "paying for" LEED points.The Signature Centre is a 186,000 sf Class A office building in Denver, CO. It features under-floor air distribution, passive chill beam perimiter cooling, solar shades and systems controls that provide a 38% energy cost savings. The Platinum certification is from the LEED-CS system.The Aardex LLC headquarters is a 13,500 sf tenant finish located in Denver, CO. The office space features natural daylight and views to the outside for over 90% of the occupants, individual environment controls, demountable wall partitions, and is certified Platinum under the LEED-CI system.
