Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Current- Manage a team of 6 sales representatives responsible for $1M in annual revenue. Recruit, onboard, and train all new sales representatives. Support reps with account planning, forecasting, identifying market trends.
- Tasked by Wine Trust leadership to recruit, train, and manage two new reps in early 2021
- Took on additional responsibility to manage the entire MA team, as well as 2 reps in NY while concurrently building a personal book of business to 76 accounts and $450,000+ in revenue
- Selected by managing partner to research and vet potential vintners and wines to add to the portfolio
