During the past 17 years, I have gained extensive experience across the Education, Events & Entertainment and Logistics & Supply Chain industries. Studying a Bachelor of Business (International Business) at RMIT, I moved into the corporate world, working for WWL for almost 11 years. Major events are another passion of mine, having worked at the Australian Open, Royal Melbourne Show, various concerts – including ACDC, Coldplay, George Michael, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake and sporting events like the AFL and Soccer.I have also gained experience in the Education sector, providing relief during planned and unplanned staff absences in the school office. I worked in a range of office roles and experience was gained at a number of primary schools, secondary schools and specialist settings.When I’m not working, I love travel and have recently completed a personal challenge of travelling around the world without taking a flight!My previous roles have allowed me to gain experience in managing in house projects that improve processes and allow my colleagues to work more efficiently through the use of systems and removal of redundant and unnecessary processes. In addition, I was also responsible for developing tender responses and business proposals for new and existing business and manage both supplier and customer contracts.
