Create and cultivate long-term relationships with both local and national companies whilst establishing preferred supplier status. Support the matching of customers to employer vacancies and work placements. Liaise with the Employment Coach to ensure candidates are enrolled on training modules to help them meet the needs of local employer.• Participate as appropriate in employer and industry groups (such as local Chambers of Commerce)• Comply with security practice to ensure customer data is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way.• Achieve individual and team targets to support the business unit delivering to profitable targets.• Ensure there is a plan for the promotion of our service to employers, and deliver those services as necessary.. Provide support in colleague absence or high customer volumes in my own or other offices.

Locum Consultant • Closely managed client relations to ensure regular placements were made and targets met.• Responsible for securing work for over one hundred Locum Pharmacists.Team Leader • Responsible for the entire West Midlands Pharmaceutical client base and Locum Pharmacist base.• Accountable for running a team of five Locum Consultants and ensuring the team were hitting targets.• Involved in senior management meetings and responsible for feeding back to the company directors.Account Manager• A Continuation of the Team Leader role but with added management responsibilities and input in the interviewing process of applicants for Team Locum. • Involved in consultations over the structure and running of the office, managerial decisions regarding any weaknesses and also the design of the company website.
