Current-Acted in a Scrum Master role for multiple projects, where I scheduled and facilitated scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-up, sprint review, sprint retrospectives), and monitored and managed workflow using Jira.)-Successfully helped guide the development teams to plan and deliver functional increments in multiple projects. -Have used agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to faciltiate project work. -Conducted manual QA testing for a web development project, where I tested various features and fixes, then communicated bugs that existed within the application. -Acted in a Business Analyst role for multiple projects, where I defined the requirements based on client information, and created product backlogs of user stories, that would be used to guide the development team through the developerment process. -Wrote the meeting minutes for multiple external meetings throughout each project's lifecycle, in order to capture important information, agreements, and action items. -Extensively utilized various project management and communication tools such as Jira, Planning Poker software (planningpoker.com, planningpokeronline.com), Sprint Retrospective software (EasyRetro), Slack, MS Project, Discord, and Zoom.
