Leadership and programming of a mid size independent cinema and theatre (film, broadcast, theatre and hires) with line management of the complete staffing team and a volunteer community of 160 people. During Covid-19, I doubled up on many roles including marketing, box office, press, maintenance, finance and volunteer coordination, securing DCMS funding and achieving national media coverage for the venues restoration project. I relaunched the venue following Covid and restoration with new systems, procedures, products and programming in place. I managed all onsite IT systems including the box office.

I formed the venues artistic and hires programme. This was achieved whilst working on a site with ongoing project maintenance challenges as a building in restoration. I was responsible for all digital marketing output during this time in addition to acting as technical manager and projectionist where required.

The company brand has now been merged and dissolved along with most of my online work within the digital assets under the old brand.

Managing all ticketing operations across 2 large venues with up to 8000 admissions daily. Additional responsibilities included managing and marketing the customer loyalty scheme, line managing the corporate members scheme and ticketing Access Service. I qualified as a company customer service trainer and delivered training back to both venues. I project managed the introduction of new IT systems including the Ticketfast barcode scanning system to the FOH operations and expanded the product sales range by introducing Ticketmaster Ticket Centre to front counter operations to sell for over 200 venues, increasing the venues revenue on commissions. I managed a sales team of up to 10 persons.
