I am a former regulator who now helps banks, bank holding companies, and other financial institutions understand and comply with federal and state law. My clients include domestic and international banks, and I assist with all aspects of their regulatory life-cycle: from applying for de novo charters to developing new products and partnerships, and from preparing for supervisory examinations to answering day-to-day regulatory compliance questions.I also work with banks to manage their payment systems operations, including ACH payments and Nacha obligations and membership in the payment card networks. Clients have used me to build out payment facilitator programs, review network rules, and develop policies and procedures.
