Responsibilities include: perform system administrator functions of the JAGGAER Procure-to-Pay Suite byanalyzing/creating workflows, assigning user access/permissions, & configuring system settings; working with management to determine areas of eProcurement system in need of improved usability & functionality; documenting procedures and business processes; sharing information with appropriate stakeholders; troubleshooting, investigating, resolving system issues; escalating problems with knowledgeable support and quality service; generating reports to help management with making key decisions;

In this position, I analyzed purchasing patterns to identify new opportunities for preferred vendor contracts and assist in the development, evaluation, and presentation of a variety of information; including cost benefit analysis to AU stakeholders while maintaining proactive communications with those stakeholders. I was also responsible for developing relationships between Auburn University and its suppliers. As a member of the Advisory Board for the US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, I represented Auburn University as a member of the Higher Education industry. Along with the aforementioned duties, I performed a wide range of tasks including the negotiation of pricing, terms, and conditions of agreements, monthly price comparison audits for existing contracts, and quarterly business reviews with suppliers.

As an employee of CharterBank, I served in many roles on the retail side of the banking industry. Starting out, I was a Customer Service Representative who assisted clients with telephone banking support. After moving into the Teller position, I became face to face with clients and assisted them with in-person transactions, as well as recommended products and services based on their needs. Once in the Personal Banker role, I opened accounts, referred loans, recommended additional products and services, and helped lead efforts within business development. Finally, as the Regional Security Officer, I trained employees on security risks and best practices, interacted/assisted local law enforcement, and assisted with monthly/quarterly audits.
