As an Administrator at Tyresale I oversee all inputting of orders into our systems as well as managing the creation of labels for our parcels that are sent to our customers.I work closely with management to provide them support with invoicing, order processing, customer queries, platform support as well as support for local customers.I implement and develop procedures for employee working time management as well as order tracking specifically for orders we receive back from customers. This was done using Microsoft Office Applications.I also work closely with the warehouse staff, managing and providing them with daily tasks.

I worked as a Graphic Designer for a market intelligence company. As the only in house designer I was solely responsible for the Innova Market Insights brand and design literature. As a brand guardian I created a wide variety of marketing material for Innova as well as manage all outgoing material for 30+ exhibitions that we attended and exhibited at all around the world each year.I worked closely with key management and stakeholders to suggest ways of evolving and giving more exposure to the Innova brand. My workload was carefully managed using processes and procedures that putin place to make sure that I could be as efficient as possible and meet all deadlines.Colleagues I worked with were based all over the world. I created a wide variety of content for our teams in The Netherlands, China, Japan, Brazil and the US. I was used to creating a wide variety of content including contracts, exhibition artwork, brochures, client requested infographics, posters and much more.

At Williams Lea Tag I was part of a large onsite creative studio that was taskedwith managing all design requirements for a global finance client.I was accustomed to a fast paced working environment wheremanaging and organizing my time effectively was essential to meetingkey client deadlines. Multiple projects were being managed daily, frombusiness cards to large 200+ page legal documents.Attention to detail was extremely important. There were QC proceduresin place that we had to follow to ensure we completed our work to thehighest standards possible.I also helped manage a small on site print room where I was responsiblefor the printing of a variety of material for the client upon request.

I worked as part of the marketing team for ALS Oil & Gas and wasresponsible for designing business and promotional materials, ensuringthat all output was correctly branded.This position was a self starter position, as this was the first in housedesigner role for the company. All procedures were setup andcommissioned by myself and I also mentored another designer whojoined the company at a later stage.Digital marketing was also part of my role. I had to ensure the division’skey marketing messages were being coordinated and shared viawebsites and social media.I created material for various other ALS companies in differentindustries. I was involved in producing literature for the Environmentaland Inspection companies for various campaigns and eventsthroughout the year.

For six months I worked voluntarily for a Graphic and printing company in Aberdeen called Eyecandy Graphics. Eyecandy has given me invaluable experience in the creative industry. I have dealt with clients face to face and have expanded my skills in both print and design. During my time at Eyecandy I have both designed and printed: banners, business cards, leaflets, signs, car graphics and brochures for a wide variety of businesses. The work that I have produced has been used at various marketing and networking events around Aberdeen such as the Granite Expo and Your Wedding Exhibition.
